The Role / Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics will partner with finance teams to scope, design and deliver financial and operating solutions, reports and analysis.
The candidate will drive innovation in BI and Analytics throughout finance as a part of the Finance Transformation, Data & Systems team.
We are recruiting to accelerate, enable and facilitate the employee efforts across finance to build efficient, self serving data solutions.
The successful candidate is likely to act in various capacities, including end to end content creation, provide BI advisory/consultancy/training of finance teams.
The solutions created should be embedded into self-sustaining models managed by finance stakeholders to allow for the acceleration of further implementations.
Sample Projects / Functional ResponsibilitiesLead requirements and design sessions with internal teamsAuthor functional requirements and technical design documentsAssist the AVP-BI&A in strategic planning and data roadmap developmentExperience working with data, integration and reporting platformsConsider and research emerging technologies in advanced analytics and big data spaceMaintain pipeline of opportunities/demand items and manage capacity with the wider BI&A team to allow for efficient execution of projectsFacilitating user needs analysis, underlying data gathering, data manipulation and modelling including training the wider finance organization on key BI&A concepts.
Serve as a subject matter expert for BI tools, advocating usage through demonstrations using impactful use casesInteraction with various business and staff functions and senior business management
